The Mexican-Italian owner of the restaurant was very passionate about food and wanted to cover the whole front facade with a combination of herbs and other ornamental plants. I proposed one section of the facade to be minimalistic with just one plant texture, for this I used Soleirola soleirolii ,and the other section, to be lusher with different textures of plants. We ended up doing vertical gardens all over the place, on the roof terrace and indoors on a column. All our team got to taste many of the different dishes that were being prepared for the future menu of the restaurant.
