In Mexico I worked for the program of food security for the INCMNSZ . I carried out workshops in practices of sustainable agriculture to train the agricultural extension officers and the nutritionists who were stationed in the highlands of San Luis Potosi, a state of Mexico. This was done  through lectures, group discussions, and work sessions on site with the objective  to support the educational work of the nutritionists and harmonize it with realistic sustainable agricultural  practices within the communities. The importance  of seed saving, making organic soil amendments and  crop diversity where some of the key subjects in these sessions.
